With my expertise and empathetic approach, I am here to help families navigate Special Education process and guide families. I am passionate about supporting families and individuals to reach their goals. As a Resource Specialist Program Teacher credentialed in Special Education in California, I have worked with many families by guiding them through the process of Special Education. With over ten years of experience in education, I am here to support families and individuals with exceptional learning needs.
Services
SPECIAL EDUCATION PROCESS
Special Education process is a lengthy process that families navigate through to find supports and resources for their child. When families and/or school personnel identify an exceptional need, they might refer the child to get assessed for Special Education Services.
IEP Meetings
Individualized Educational Plan meetings can be daunting. And IEP meeting consists of various team members and families to choose the most appropriate services for their child. Being well informed about the process and construction of the plan is crucial to provide the best services for the child.
REVIEW OF RECORDS
Reading reports from experts may be overwhelming. I am here to review them and help families understand to better serve their child. I am here to help you understand the reports and go over them with you and help get you the answers you need at the meetings.
